110cc not starting
110cc TaoTao. Just bought a new battery and charger. The choke is up the fuel is on there’s gas in it. I’m handy when it comes to housework but I have no clue about the stuff. My little guys getting anxious to so any help would be greatly appreciate. I up loaded a video. Thanks guys
