2016 TRX 90 Neutral light does not come on in neutral It comes on when You turn the kill switch but will not let You start it. Thanks in Advance Gary

 

Same issue here, the trx 90 is in neutral but the green light won’t come on, so I can’t start it. Any idea where is the problem?

 

I only have the book for the earlier, pull start model, so no wiring diagram but assuming it follows the usual Honda idea, wire goes from neutral switch to light and to solenoid green wire, often via a diode. When you change gear into neutral, the switch earths this wire, putting light on and providing earth side of solenoid, starter button provides positive feed for starter solenoid thin wires.
