Question 550xp rear differential removal

So my 2010 rear differential/gear case has gone bad...due to lack of lubrication.

Anyways Can anyone give some insight in what needs to be done to get it out?
It looks too big to come straight out the rear. Too much bracketry and welded together frame parts.

so far i have:
removed the tires
disconnected the A-arms
pulled the axles
started removing some of the diff bolts

I shall attack the rear drive shaft (prop shaft) tonite and unbolt the flange from the diff pinion flange.

It appears the only place there is room is i will have to remove the "removable" portion of the frame.
remove the clutch/belt cover...then hopefully there will be room to slide the diff out. Otherwise i will have to remove one or both of the clutches.

Man this turned into a lot of werk but will still be cheaper than the dealer doing it...not easier but cheaper..cuz it is super easy writing a check!

Hell a new diff/gearcase alone is $1000 !!

Any advice on where the diff will slip out of the frame would be helpful
