Default 50cc atv motor mount bushings

I am working on a no name chinese 50cc atv for a friend it looks to be a tao tao, but honestly i am not sure on the brand. After going thru and fixing a few things and getting it running good i noticed that there is no bushing or anything on the rear motor mounting location. Just a bolt thru the frame that goes thru the engine and a little gap on each side so it just flops around as the top mount is rubber. Are all of these things made this way where the engine is loose fitting in the rear mount? It seems like it will break something pretty quickly like this and that it is missing some type of bushing or something, but i have been unsuccessful finding any information on this little turd. Thought about putting some nylon washers in there to help stop the case from beating against the frame there, but if there is a more oem option that i am missing then i'd rather go that route.

Someone has already modified it they dont come double nutted from factory. I would just use a standard washer in their and snug it down. the previous owner probably got pissed off trying to get the washers in their and tossed them in the trash and just rattled it down you can see teh tabs are slightly bent in.
