I have a Tao Tao Jeep , has the ATK110A motor 110CC with 3 forward, neutral and reverse.


Is there a bigger motor that will fit on this like the 125cc or 250cc? Any of them plug and play as in i remove the old one , hook everything up to the new motor and its ready to go?


has anyone ever done engine swaps on these?

its a fast little thing but it could be faster for sure.

A picture of the engine may help. However I would guess at it having the standard Honda Cub clone, these are made up to 125cc, there may even be a few bored to 150cc. If your motor is the long stroke 110cc engine, a cylinder and piston for the 125cc engine will be all you need. There are lots of tuning parts for these engines. I believe TaoTao themselves make a 125cc buggy so I would bet the engine from that will go in, no problems.
