Hell all, I purchased this badger as a project for my son. The top end was re built and has a new carb on it. It will fire right up and idle, but it won’t rev up and has next to no power. Like my son gets on it and it won’t hardly move. Any help or ideas is much appreciated!

 

I found one of the round caps on the top of the cylinder had a hole in it. I replaced that and it now has a little more power. I can at least get it to move, but it just won’t rev. I can not get any rpm out of it. It’s like it wants to go but something is restricting it. Any help would be much appreciated
