Default Missing carb vacuum line on 2000 Honda TRX350 Rancher- running poorly

Hi all... I bought a project - 2000 Honda TRX350 Rancher. I've done all the work and dissasembled the carb and cleaned it very well but it doesn't run well. it starts up great when cold but when it warms up it won't idle and there is a little sputtering when cruising and throttle is open but consistent. It accelerates "mostly" fine but when i slow down it wants to die. I noticed on many of the diagrams/pics of the TRX350 carb for my hear there are some vacuum hoses... on in particular that goes from one connection of the carb to another connection and mine is missing Could this explain why it is running poorly? Thank you!

Sylvia

May still need to clean some more also sounds like a lean mixture if you sure carb is clean good may want to check for air leak or vaccum leak on item 28 in picture below its air cut off vaule I think 2 lines the other lines are vents lines an should be open on one end
