I rebuilt my carb and I can’t find a diagram showing how the vacuum lines are connected . Also there is a line coming from the rear axle up up to the front of the bike and I don’t know what that line connects to . Can anyone help with these two issues

 

Fairly sure there aren't any vac lines on the 250ES. One pipe in from tank for fuel, one dangler from bottom of float bowl, downwards to drain fuel if the float bowl overflows, and a few breathers that go upwards, as does that line from the rear axle, mostly these breathers end near the tank, ends pointing downwards so rain water doesn't get in.
