Default 1980 atc 110 rebuild-opinions?

Looking for some opinions. Cylinder is in good condition for the abuse it previously went through but the only place we can get the piston rings that fit are OEM. Found trusted high quality parts for less but need to rebore, what should I do? And have been thinking of putting on smaller final sprocket(has power to do so and in low of H/L is way to low geared ), we have a bigger machine for pulling if needed. Biggest problem is tires any recommendations for cheap fair quality A/T baloon's (2 that fit 12 wide 8 tall and 1 for a 11 wide 8 tall). Not going for a fancy thing just something that is a decent ride.

If the cylinder is OK and you can still get OEM rings, use them. I like high geared bikes, all to often ATVs seem to be geared a little low so, as it has Hi/Lo anyway, why not a smaller rear sprocket? Don't know about the 110s but knobbly pattern seem to be the cheapest option for 200ES 3 wheelers, can't remember the make off hand.
