Digs, I hope you emailed this gentleman your story. It would be useful evidence in a court, with your permission of course.

To everybody else who reads this: It would be smart to get in touch with these people. The more incidents they have, the better the chance of them winning and putting HRS out of business.

I'm actually suprised to see Yamaha use a "local" bank. They are big enough to just finance through the company. (i.e Honda)
