Dinli 90cc won't start

I have a Dinli 90cc quad that was running just fine. I went to get it out the next day and it didn't want to start.

* I checked the spark plug and it has spark
* I cleaned out the carburetor

Any suggestions?

Yellow spark is weak, needs a nice blue spark to be hot enough. Is the plug wet? Sure it is getting fuel?

spark was blue and plug was wet.

just bought a new spark plug to try that.
