Hey I’m new to this site literally just joined it today in hopes to find an answer. I have a unknown year dinli diamondback 90cc and it will not start. I bought a brand new battery for it, cleaned the carb, changed the fuel filter, cleaned the spark plug and it still won’t start. The electrical starter works and when I start it from there I hear pops from the exhaust here and there but nothing. It has spark gets gas and gas compression the three things for it to start but it will not start and I have no clues why. The spark is strong and the plug was wet. Anyone know a solution????

 

If plug is wet then your rich, check spark with a new plug, spark should be blueish in color, if yellow you have a weak spark.
