Coolster 125 suddenly stopped

Coolster 125 suddenly stopped
I have a coolster 125 i just picked up and got running changed rear sprocket to 42 tooth front to a 12 tooth, while cruising down the street rear wheels just locked. up forward doest work at all reverse works can't get to roll free back wards in neutral it rolls forward but not backwards
