Default 1992 Suzuki LT230E Carb Issue

Having a difficult time finding the specifications for setting the float in this carburetor. Obviously I have an issue as fuel has overrun the carb bowl and dumped into my airbox. I've ordered a new kit and I've checked the float for leakage so that is covered. I just need to know how to set the float when I rebuild the carb. Thanks for any advice!

Your carb rebuild kit should have all those specs and more to get the carb setup properly for your machine.

Unfortunately the kit does not come with any instructions. The carb is a Mikuni 35B10.

If it keeps running fuel out the overflow the needles not seating its probably just not clean .... The tanks gotta be clean the air box it doesnt take but a spec here or there to screw a carb up lol .... I'd just verify those other areas are clean then get some real carb cleaner & clean it good then use air to blow the jets out make sure you can see thru em ... Most over the counter carb cleaners are crap the good chemicals that clean the krud must be getting hard to come by lol.... I will only use power tune mercury outboards makes it .... Its cleans gas & carbon & really good about 11 bucks a can on Amazon I'd start there .... Most carbs are just dirty ... Like take your tank off with some gas in it shake the hell outta it then wait a few seconds let a few drops into a clear bottle or papertowel if you see crap .... Your problem ain't goin away til that does ....plus fully inspect the inside of the entite airbox i had 1 with red mud caked inside a hose that was kicking my butt for a long time till i took it apart & seen the carbs sucking in mud lol
