Default Yamoto 150cc Oil leak at rear end and stuck in Drive gear

Hello all, wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I bought a used Yamoto 150cc ATV, with the intention of fixing it up (rebranded as Maxam). The ATV starts up great. However, it is stuck in drive gear, and has an oil leak from the rear end which I think is coming from the box to the left of the chain at the rear end (I think it is transmission oil). Also it is missing the gear shift lever and i don't know where to get a replacement or what it should look like. Any pointers on how to fix these issues please? Many thanks.
