I have a 1999 Polaris Xplorer 400l. It runs really good at 90 percent of throttle positions. It sputters at very low speed. I've played with idle mixture,clip position checked float level and and cleaned all jets. While checking the reed valves I noticed that the reed stuffer is not there. Has anyone ran one without it and know the results? Thanks.
