Was running fine got home left it 20 minutes went to start again and it sounded like starter was stuck after abit of investigation found out the flywheel is stuck anyone else had this problem or know a solution I have not took the flywheel off yet as waiting for a puller to arrive

 

I have had starter clutches come loose and jam into the stator, also magnets drop off and jam the stator on Suzukis, but it could be piston or crankshaft seizure. Piston seizure is far more common on air cooled engines.

 

mine is water cooled and tried rolling down a hill last night in 2nd gear and start it hoping would free it but would not go
