I recently started attempting to repair a no rev issue on a 99 polaris scrambler 400 two stroke I cleaned out tank complete and cleaned carb the quad has 120 lbs. Of compression and carb is very clean also replaced fuel lines and checked flow every thing is good except I noticed it has a 300 main jet could this be my no rev issue if anyone out there has ideas please let me know personally I think the main is way too big

 

the main jet should be a #230 according to Polaris parts. if this is a stock bike that is way to big of a main.
