Could i make my 2003 AWD Honda Rancher 350 into a 2x4?

Why would you want to do that? Cheapest is to remove front diff, and prop shaft between engine and diff, then remove drive shafts from their outer CVs. However removing CV shaft from those outer CVs is somewhere between difficult and impossible, you could always cut them close to the CV joint. Easiest is probably to remove prop shaft and front diff and fit the whole A arm/hub assemblies from a 2WD 350, if you can find a scrap one. They are different A arms.
