I found that my h.o. rides best with rubber lift bushings in front springs and 6# of air in the front tires. rear shock springs let all the way down and 3# of air in the rear tires.i know i lose ground clearance and take a chance on bending rear wheels but it rides like a dream on a all day trail ride with these adjustments.just thought it worth mentioning to you guys that have aches and pains after a day of riding.

I had the rubber bushings in my '98, and it needed them, it rode low and sometimes bottomed. The new '01 with no bushings and a winch and tube bumper feels bang on in the front, can't seem to bottom it, and the rebounding is much better. The rear does seem a lot stiffer even at the lowest setting.

I have a big brush gaurd and a winch on the front of mine and if I was riding a little aggressive it would bottom out pretty easy so I put rubber bushings in and it helped. With out the bushings and the rear springs adjusted all the way up I felt as though I was scooting foward all the time it was just to high in the rear and to low in the front. So I tinkered with it some and now its just right.
