Default Cam chain sprocket, spark advancer and t-mark alignment

Hi
Need some advice from some competent people🙂

I have rebuild a Honda atc 200e from 83.

I have a spark, but can’t get I to fire up.

When I align the T-mark on the right side cover, is the spark advancer then in the correct position in the picture with the line in alignment with the mark on the case?

When I remove the spark advancer unit still aligned on the T-mark the “o” on the cam sprocket points to 12 o’clock is that correct? is that also the Top-Dead-Center position?

Thanks
