So I got this fourwheeler about a month ago and I noticed at low rpm’s in any gear it’s kinda weak pulling but when I increase rpm’s it starts to jerk then acts like it’s going into the actual gear, what could cause this?

I don’t hear any gear noise, just delayed power till the higher rpm range. How should I go about the clutch? I seen another thread how to adjust the clutch and I tried that and it didn’t change anything

There are two clutches, a centrifugal and a multiplate and it could be either slipping. If adjustment of the multiplate doesn't work, take the clutch cover off and check if the centrifugal shoes are worn down to the metal at one end. If not, the centrifugal should be OK. Check the multiplate by stripping it down and measuring the friction plates with calipers. You need the workshop manual for tolerances on this. One of those clutches will probably be held on with a LH threaded nut, so beware and consult the manual for that. I recently had problems with an Eiger and am fairly sure it was because of the wrong oil. Despite assurances that "it is the same" from our oil supplier, a change from Pro-Power to Duckhams coincided with clutch slipping problems. Going back to Pro-Power along with new clutch plates, seems to have cured it.
