2020 500 Axi wont go passed 85 kph

My 2020 Kingquad 500 wont go any faster than 85 kph despite a lot of people claiming these things will do over 100 no problem.
It was an accident quad where the frame was bent pretty bad, so i swapped all the parts off the 2020 kingquad 500 onto a 2014 kingquad 500 frame, kept the differentials on the older frame, got mud tires on it, but theyre just itp mudlite xl's so i wouldnt think it would affect it that much, just hits 85 and sounds like its still got more in it but its just banging.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Why you would want to go at that speed on a utility Quad I don't know, hit a bump with balloon tyres at that speed and it will veer uncontrollably in any direction it choses. In the European union, the thought police have mandated that utility quads should be speed limited to 90kph, so any Quad for that market will have a limiter on it. You did well to get 2020 parts to fit the earlier frame, as Suzuki did a lot of subtle changes, as well as the electrical and cosmetic ones at the 2018 model change. Driveshafts are different for example, though rear ones differ between power steering and non power steering for some reason, on the current model. Perhaps they have wider A arms.

But thats besides the point, I like to get the most I can out of my quads, I now know the roads and trails that I drive, I've only had one accident that should have gone horrendously, it still amazes me that I can sit here typing away rather than being 6 foot under.
Based off what you said I guess ill look around about the limiter.
