2007 Polaris sportsman 500 code 22 and reverse lights always on

2007 Polaris sportsman 500 code 22 and reverse lights always on
I am having issues with my sportsman 500. Check engine light comes on right off idle and then goes off at any other rpm, it also sputters right as you start to give it gas. code it is pulling up is 22 so tps sensor. It also has the reverse lights on all the time no matter what gear you are in. are these 2 things related? could it be an ECU issue?
