I'm 5'10 and about 185lbs and i have a white bros pipe but it rubs the tire so i got a pair of dura blue wheel spacers it still runs great it doesn't slow me down at all but when summer comes i'm selling it for a 400ex or a warrior

I am 6'3" and 220 and it pulls my big but arround just fine and mine is stock.. i think it is just as good as a warrior...

i have friends that i ride with that have warriors and i have no problems keeping up with them..

Only one thing to remember witha mojave is it is a strait up power curve meaning the tops of the rpm's is the top horse power you get it is ment to be wound up...

I am 6' and 245 lbs. I have no problems with mine, not even before i did the mods. But after i did the front wheels lift without trying. My brother is about 6'4" and he felt a little cramped so i turned the handle bars forward about 2". The nice thing about being big on any machine is that you can toss it around like the toy it's meant to be.

I am 5"9 160lbs and I have no problem with my Mojave. It's nice to be able to flick around your quad in the air because it's a smaller.

It all depends. pipe, air filter, jets, piston and tires will probaly do the trick. Piston is just for bigger climbs.

I'm 5'10" 215, I have a white brothers exhaust, rejetted and twin air filter. I had no problems climbing hills when the mojave was stock and no problems after the basic modifications I've listed. All my friends I ride with have banshees and I can go up just about any hill they do, some of my friends can't go up the hills I can because the low end torque of the mojave helps with traction and I can go up some hills quite slow that they have to get a run at. The only drawback to the mojave is the light front end, it makes for some exciting hill climbs. I would like to get a longer swingarm sometime in the future to help with the hill climbs. Theres plenty of power though.

I was wondering the same kind of stuff about a mojave. I like the 300ex but I don't like the fact that its air cooled. How would you rate the mojave compared to the 300?

one of my friends has a 300 ex and it's a good quad, it will climb any hill a 400 ex will. The 300 has the ids2 exhaust and bore.40 over. The 300 rider only weighs 150-160 though. I have been hearing the mojave is just as good as the 300 and the warrior. I hope to start racing in the future, so i will not be going 70 mph in the woods but i do need power.
