yeah, the 325 4-stroke has a vibration at idle.. My buddy has one (2x4) and it started making his hads numb after riding for awhile. We installed the foam cushion grips and that helped a little. So, we took the grips off, and got a tube of the flowable bathtub silicone (ya know the stuff you use in a cauking gun) and filled his handlebars full of it. Then we re-installed the cushion grips... THAT HELPED ALOT!!... The silicone REALLY quells the vibrations and what it doesn't catch, the foam grips do...
Good Luck!!!!

Check your motor and see if it has three or four motor mounts. Polaris sent a bulliten to the dealers with instructions on how to remove an extra motor mount to reduce the vibration. Mine came from the factory with the extra mount removed so I guess it was only the very early 2000s had the extra mount. This is not a recall item you must ask about it. If they play stupid I have a copy of the instructions I can send to you. But the vibration reduces a lot once you get around 40 hours on the machine. This is the first ATV I have ever owned and I don't think it vibrates too much as compaired to new.
