I am haveing some trouble with the front end on my 99 scrambler. I think it is around 50 mph when the front end starts to shake a lot. The handle bars shake back and forth and then the whole bike starts to shake. But it is mostly the front end that does it and it is only when I am going around 50 mph and up. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know what it could be and how I could get it fixed? I thought I would ask all of ya before I call my dealer and see what they have to say about it.

Thanks for the help
Phillip

My Xplorer was doing something similar. I changed the lower steering bushing and tie rods.

You never know? I have heard about alignment also...

So far I have seen 4 things make an ATV front end shake...
1 loose steering components
2 improper toe out
3 something in the tire. I actually knew someone who somehow got water in the tire (just a little) when it got cold, it would freeze, making it shake all over the place - some sealants cause this, too, but most don't
4 a bad tire with a 'bulge' in it or maybe slipped cord.
