What is the difference between these two tires, besides the obvious? Is one better than the other on a 400EX? Thanks.

I would say the 18x11x8 would be beter because 18inch tires are easy to spin from the start so i would go with the wider ones so your not just sitting there spinning .

I run the 11s and never tried the 9.5s, but i think they would be worse for traction. I have virtually no treadwear after about 50 hours of hard use. They are definitely better than the stockers for wear.

9.5's give more traction on a looser track. The narrower tire digs down to the hard ground faster.

Well, my a friend and I have always heard 11's or 4-strokes, and 9.5's for 2-strokes. I want Turf Tamers that will slide around corners pretty easily, hook up really well, and wear at a decent rate. What do you say I should put on my 400EX? Thanks.
