350x- 250x or 300 ex frame

How much trouble is it to put a 350x engine into a 250x or 300ex frame? is there many mods that have to be done? Can anyone explain what has to be done? Thanks in advance

my advice.....if ya find a complete 350x or have one........just ride that.....way more fun
