Guys,
Just wondering....
It seems like sometimes when I am in neutral & shift into 1st it seems notchy to get in gear. Is that right? Not real bad, just not as smooth as the other gears that's all. Plus sometimes it's not quite in. My neutral light won't be on, but yet it's not in gear either. Like I'm in between. What do you think? Maybe it's just me?

Andrew,
Mine felt the same way at first. Give yourself some time, it'll go away (because you won't notice it.) I too have found a gear between a gear, mostly between 2nd and 3rd. The 1st gear "notchy" feeling is gone now. Two thing I believe fixed this. Properly adjusting the clutch cable and Golden Specto 4 stroke syn. oil. Not to worry, alls cool with your DS!
