I just bought 22" realters and was looking for some info on clearance issues. For all you guys running 22" tires how do they fit? I like to jump alot and was wondering If they will end up tearing stuff off. I haven't heard any horror stories but I would like to not have to find out first hand. Also for anyone that has the realters how's the hookup in the sand and soft dirt? I should recieve the tires and rims in a couple of week duo to the 190's were on back order. I can't wait to try them out. Thanks

Can 22" Realtors or XCT's be put on the stock rims?

22"&23" XCT's fit the DS like it was made for them, and them for it.
No fuss, no muss, no clearance problems, stock rims. The increased ground clearance is offset by the slightly higher center of gravity, which you can feel in a hard turn. They hook up great, ride well, are 6-ply (rear) and don't go flat. They are much bigger, taller, wider, than the stock POS Kenda Dominators. Unless you are MXing, I can't think of a reason not to get them.

I have 22" Realtors. I never had them hit. They have amazing straight line hook up. The last trail ride I was on it was very muddy and I never got stuck. Awesome tire.

i think my 20 inch turf tamers hooked up better than the 22 inch holeshots a friend has on his ds and mines not tippy like my raptor, why make your ds taller unless you wanna go in a straight line, fronts i can see going bigger just not the rear, sorry just my opinion like it matters (not).
