hi i have a 200400ex with dg alloy series nerf bars and i want to go up to 22" tires but i dont know if they will whack the fenders if anyone knows please get back to me!!!

 

no but they come close. If the bars are bent at all they might rub.

 

Nope... I got the 22" XCT Holeshots and DG nerfs- They work fine

 

I have a 2000 400EX with DG nerfs and 20" razors. When I look at the back of the nerfs, there is a small hole beginning to appear where the tires hit the nerfs (my guess is from ballooning at high speeds or flexing) who knows. The point is that 22 inch tires could cause this to be about 2 inches worse. I dunno, do whatever makes you happy.

 

I have 21/12/8 skattrak haulers on my 400ex and they miss the dg alloys by about a 1/2 inch. If you lauch your bike you may have your tires hit the nerfs simply because the tire domes more without weight and spinning combined.Check it out before you buy.

 

Hey T400 If you have 20inch tires and they rub how will 22inch tires rub 2 inches more ? unless your tires are egg shaped they should only be 1 inch closer/.
