i've got a 2001 scrambler 500 2x4 and need to know the hauling capacities. i have a small boat that i use to run trotlines, it would be handy to launch it with my quad,, can it handle it? i can move the boat and trailer around by hand pretty easy ,so it does'nt weigh much., what's the worst thing that could happen? burn up the belt? thanks in advance!! If you can move the boat by hand have at it. We have moved a trailer at work with two other quads with one and it didn't skip a beat. Besides if you do hook on to something too heavy you will burn a belt, $34.75 is a cheap mistake (don't forget the seal $5.75).
