I run these tires front and rear, They are great mud and hard packed tire. The only draw back is,they are a heavy tire so if your looking for sport aplication run RAZORS.
Good Luck,
Zman

I have 25" BearClaws on the rear of my 400 Xplorer. They do very well in the mud. Just wish I had a set on the front too, cuz while the BearClaws clean themselves well, my front stock tires look like racing slicks cuz they don't self clean well. Anyways, hope that helps. Lata.

I HAVE THEM ON BOTH OF MY BIKES.I RUN 25.IN ALL YHE WAY AROUND WITH 10 IN.IN FRONT WITH 12.5 IN REAR.THEY ARE A REAL GOOD ALL AROUND TIRE FOR TRAIL OR MUD. MY TIRES ARE 4-PLY BUT I THINK IF YOU GO TO A BIGGER SIZE IT GOES TO A 6-PLY.HEY GOOD LUCK IN WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE.

The dirt devil xt's would be alot more agressive, only downside is that they only start at 26 inch and not 25 so you would need rear wheels to run them.

I have 26" Bear Claws all the way around on my Kodiak. I love them, they work very well. Hubby has 25" Titan 589 M/Ts on his Sportsman. I'm tellin ya, if you want an awesome tire, go with the 589 M/Ts. These things friggin rock! The lugs are huge, front and rear. With the Bear Claws, the lugs on the front are smaller than the lugs on the rears. I would have gotten the 589 M/Ts if I would have known I could have gotten them cheaper than the Bear Claws. Make sure you shop around to get the best price. Alot of people match prices. If you want the 589 M/Ts, email me, and I'll let you know how to get them for around 255 for all 4.
