I looked in to the spider trac's and they look pretty decent. i found the cheapest place to get two of them w/ shipping is ronnies for $127.19 and the cheapest for the bearclaws is rocky mountain at $116 for two w/ shipping. I have heard that the spider tracs are heavy but just wondering if it is worth the extra 10 bucks to get the spider trac's

I used to ride with a buddy who had Spider Trac's on his Polaris. If your looking for a good all around tire with decent traction the Spiders are OK. But when it came to mud and hills, my Titan 589's smoked him!

I just bought Kenda Bear Claws for my 2001 Kodiak. I've heard nothing but great things about them. I can't wait to try them out either tonight or tomorrow. No matter what kind of tire you buy, check out http://cawoodtire.com. I bought a set of 4 Bear Claws for 261.95...including shipping. Took 3 days for them to get here. Just thought I'd let ya know

Just to let you know, we ran the 26" BearClaws and can only offer you one suggestion...

*******BUY THE F@#$ers!!!!!!!!!!!!!*******

These tires are just BAD TO THE BONE! We had NO problem whatsoever plus the tread cleanout was like nothing I've ever seen, including ITP Blackwaters. These tires are just too impressive to put into words. Tried and true and nothing but smiles! I haven't tried the spidertracs and to be honest, don't ever think I'll have the need to.
Happy Muddin'!

Had Bearclaws on my Warrior and can say nothing but good things about them. Any and all mudholes were a blast with these tires. The wear on the tires was also really good. I rode alot on the streets, railroad tracks, gravel, etc and the tires never seemed to wear out. The tires lasted well over a year until my quad was stolen and I bet they are still in good shape. I think the 22" tires will be too heavy for my Raptor though.
