I just got my new tires with Douglas 190 aluminium wheels. The wheel hubs are thicker than the stock Polaris wheels and the front studs are not long enough. The local Polaris dealer says he can't get longer studs, so I have picked up some cap screws that are long enough, but have to be held with a wrench while the lug nut is tightened.

Has anyone else encountered this and how did you solve the problem?
