What size chain with extended swingarm?

How many links do you need to add to the chain when installing a +2" swingarm? The stock 300EX chain has 86 links. I'm guessing I need to add between 5 and 6 links. What do you think?

you need to add 4 inches of chain so measure how many links are in a four inch area .
