Well I haven't any problems until the other day with my Raptor. I was going threw some trails and it backfired and blew the carbs off. It was starting to get dark and I was about an hr away from home. I didn't have any allen wrenches with me so I thought I was screwd. But I saw something that might work. I took the clamps off my rear shock res and used them as my carb clamps used one of the carb clamps to hold the res on for the ride back home. It worked perfect. when i got home i just changed the clamps to regular hose clamps. just a word of advise don't over tighten the shock clamps on the carb boots, the clamps are cheap and strip easy. Hope this will help you guys if this ever happens to you in the trail.......
