Banshees have a terrible air box. Make sure your filter is clean and properly seated. Check all rubber boot conecttions. It sounds very lean at top end. You might have an air leak around the reed spacer you put in. You have gaskets on both sides right? Check this stuff out then tell me if it fixed the prob.

Are you sure you're not too rich on the mainjets? Try dropping down one size on each, if the problem gets worse or stays the same then that's not it. If it's the same or gets better, drop down sizes till it cleans up on top end.

When you say you have a boost bottle, you're talking about a recharge bottle, right? Not a Roost Boost? If it's a Roost Boost, remove it and see if the problem goes away.

I do not have a roost boost and I am not sure I am not too rich on the main jets. but every one tells me to go up in jets not down. What is a roost boost? I think I found the problem with the right one, it had a leak around the reed spacer, but it doens't feel like it has yhe low end it should, it feels like it is bogging htough. My pilot jets are stock, twenty-eights. Needle position stock middle. And the plug is a goodpaper sack brown and not wet. Any other ideas are greatly appreaciated, thanks for the reply.

put the needles on the 4th clip. make sure your slides are not mixed up.

here is something to try and wont be hard. take the airbox lid of completely. let it warm up. see if it runs any better, if it does then you will have to bolt the airfilter to the box so you can run no lid or get a pro design thing.

tell me what happens when you take the lid of completely.

my neighbor has a banshee with every mod you have on yours. recentely he added vitos ss pistons. it runs fine.

you should start off by putting in 30 pilots, needles should be in the middle(third grove from top) unless you have aftermarket needles like dynojet or alba then it should be in the 4 grove. next get your carbs syncronize every time you mess with the carb tops you need to syncronize your carbs other wise your pistons will fight each other & loose bottom end then go out with a new spark plug & go wide open(doesnt matter what rpm just throtle position) then kill it & coast to a stop then check your plug it should be a nice chocklate brown hope that helps
