I have a little squeek on the front of my 300ex when i push down the shocks about one inch or so. It's not too loud but just enough to bug ya, what is it. I have tried to lubricate it but i haven't rode to work it in yet.

I had the same squeak on the front end of my rancher. I narrowed it down to where the shock bolts to the frame on the bottom. I took the shock loose and there was no lubricant where the bolt runs through the end of the shock even though the shop manual calls for moly grease to be there, the factory hadn't lubricated it to begin with. I shot a little grease in there and the other shock, and haven't had a squeak since.
