The style of the DS is one of the truly great things about it. Obviously the art director of "Tomb Raider" thought so too. I've been through 5 quads in just the last 2 years, but I am still wearing the Bell moto SL I bought with my polaris magnum 325. My wife used to give me a hard time about my lack of fashion sense when it came to skiing. The hodge podge of mismatched gloves and bibs and jackets and skis etc.

And so it is with some satisfaction that I don new "colors" for my new ride, my oh so awesome new DS-650. So I just ordered a new HJC full coverage helmet in yellow, along with AXO pants, gloves and jersey, all yellow, coordinated designs. All after on-line shopping for hours and laying out the pictures for the new "outfit".

you be styling now! If your raptor is black you and your son will look like a couple of bumble bee's flying down the trail.I live down here in Dallas, Ft worth area, and never see any 650's. I have only seen 3 first hand in 2 years. 2 at the dealership and one on a trailer. Why don't they sell better? Looks like a well built machine and they sell for less than raptors. We have a lot of the grasshoppers(raptor) running around here.I live in a town of 1600 people and there is a least 6 here.

 

There is nothing like a bit of retail therapy to make yourself feel better... at least that's what my wife says and she should know 'cause she has been doing a lot of it since I bought the DS.

 

I am all decked out when it comes to riding gear. I bought the red/yellow/orange No Fear pants, jersey, and gloves. I also have the No Fear clear chest protector. I have Alpinestar vector boots. To top if off I have the Travis Pastrana Replica helment by shoei and the Spy goggles to match. Everything matches perfect with the DS. Now if I could only ride as good as I look hehehe.

 

Lets see.... I have work boots, worn out jeans, a T-shirt and/or flannel. And my red & white helmet from my old Scrambler. I do have nice Moose riding gloves though. After my girl got her yellow 400EX we had to go helmet & goggle shopping. Gotta look good she says. I said hell woman it ain't no fashion show. I do like the Bombardier DS helmet though.
