Hey Subfan,
Sorry to hear that you were shot down.I was drawn for unit 6A.It is really steep where we go.We just go to a good point and just start glassing with binoculars. What part of Utah are you going to be hunting in?Well good luck with that hunt.

Going with my brother-in-law to Escalante. First time there for me. He has been lucky there in the past. You should do well in 6A, I like the 6, and 7 zones, along with 10. Havent drawn elk there but bow hunted deer there. Do you bow hunt? E-mail me off the board for some info...

I'll move this post fro the Honda forum in here:
"Monster Coues Deer" ?!!?? Isn't that like a "Jumbo Shrimp" ??? LOL
Are you bow hunting, gun hunting, or both ?
In Alabama, The bow season starts in October and ends 31 January 2002, Gun is second weekend in November and ends 31 Jan. The limit last year was 1 buck and 1 doe per day, talk about a liberal limit !!!
Good luck and carry plenty of water !!!
I did a little checking and the estimated herd was 1.6 MILLION last season. Alabama ranked # 6 in herd size in the states.
Hey SUBFAN, how's the SMOG today ??? Is I-15 a parking lot ??
I used to live down I-10 from you in Covina, but moved on to MUCH green pastures.
Sorry about the ribbing. I don't miss LA in the least.
