I recently bought a 2001 DS650, and believe the tires are a little small (for ground clearance reasons) for where I may be riding. I checked out some pictures of your DS760, and I see you have installed different tires. Are those holeshots, or what, and what sizes are they? They look like the hot ticket for me. Thanks!

22-11-9 Holeshot XCT's on the rear and 23's on the front. I love them. I have not had a hole since getting them and the traction is great. The larger size helps in ground clearance as well as traction. The six-ply sides and larger size also help prevent bent rims. I do recomend them.

I have the same tires as Knutz, ( dunno about the rims, I have Douglas Red LAbel w/ OMF Rings) and I suggest them to anyone riding a DS650.

A couple more questions. Did the 22's on the rear rub on the plastic foot guards? If so, how did you fix that? Since the front fenders have to be removed to fit the 23's, have you noticed that the fronts kick up rocks or sand? Again , thanks.

The front fenders don't have to be removed for 23's, the rear tires don't hit the black plastic, but if you get in a little mud, and do some big jumping they will, you can trim the bottom corner off of the black guard to make sure you don't rip your fender off.
