knutz you wouldn't know a place where i can buy a magneto puller do ya.the place i am looking at has them on backorder and they don't know when they will get them in.

 

I had mine custom built for me by a machine shop. After three of the factory ones broke on me[one befor it ever even removed one stator], I knew I needed something better. I took the remains of one to the shop and asked them to make something stronger. Prior to that, I was just ordering them from the dealer.

If it's just a one time deal for you, stop by your dealers service dept and ask if they will pop it off for you. Make sure they use the crank protector if they do though. The dealer did one for me when one of my pullers broke, he failed to use the crank protector, and the end of the crank was slightly mushroomed.

 

kutz how much is your 703 kit without labor?i would hate to put these motor back together and not do anything. thanks for the help!
