Selling 2000 Kodiak, Buying 2002 Grizzly
#1
I own a 2000 Kodiak and plan on selling it for a 2002 Grizzly and was wondering if there was anything that might need to be changed on the 2002 Grizzly. It seems to be a real nice machine but I haven't had a chance to read and learn as much as I had on my Kodiac. Any comments would be appriciated on the Grizzly. It will take me a little longer to get things together before I buy one, in the mean time I will be reading as much as I can. Thank You!

I guess everyone is happy with there Grizzly sofar and are pretty much satified with the way Yamaha has built it. I would appriciate any positive or negative response. Thank You

get the new dirtwheels magazine and they have a whole article on just the first test on the new grizzly. Tested pretty good, i have had one for about a month and i have no complaints so far at all. Can tell signifigant power increase over old grizzly and a buddy of mine has a kodiak and he is fixing to sell his also after riding mine.

The first person that looked at my Kodiac bought it. Now I have to get time to go and get the Grizzly. I was making sure that they didn't have some problems with something, if they had I would wait for a little while before buying one. I am never in to big of a rush but it's hard to hang on.

Waiting has its advantages. Look at the 98 and 99 Grizzly 600. The next year, they added the heat panels and put aluminum wheels on it to shed weight. Same idea for a 99 and 2000 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra. The two smaller V-8's get another 15hp after the first year. I waited and cashed in on that 2000 Silverado with the 285hp. I may have missed the bus though on any 660 improvements.
