warrior vs blaster whats faster

I was racing my friend on a stock 88 warrior,and he had a stock blaster and his overall speed was faster than mine. I was just wonderin if it is to old or if the blaster is faster than a warrior.

Warrior will be faster. I own both and although the Blaster feels faster and quicker it just isnt. It could be that the Warrior is ready for a new top end.

Plus the '87-88 warriors are slower than the newer warriors. Warriors got upgraded bigger carbs for '89.
