Got back from a 30 mile ride at around 9000-1000 and the pipe is purple is this normal. The pics are worded wrong, so disregard the labelingPICS Also when taking off at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle it really bogs, the gets going. I think I need to raise the needle a notch?? Oh, when going up a pretty steep hill it started to bog down a bit too. I'm thinking it got rich from the fuel level or something? Man this thing is very fast and smooth. In a hurry so sorry for any mistakes. OUT

 

3TV..yes, it's at Sydney Valley which goes to Yankee Meadow. Was starting to thunder a bit so we left a little early. There's lots of side trails I didn't get the chance to go on. I'll email you here soon concerning next weekend if we can make it. OUT

 

3TV...Forgot. If it's running fine at full throttle, shouldn't I focus on the needle at 1/2 -3/4 throttle?? The dealer doesn't even have oil filters yet, let alone jets. I think.

 

looks like it's made out of titanium. the head pipe of a YZ426F is titanium and it looks exactly like that when it gets hot for a long time.

 

My buddy and I both have new grizzly's. Our exhaust looks the same as yours. Nice and shiny until you drive it - then its purple!
