PEP ZPS or Custom Axis Shocks
#1
Which one would be better for cross country. I know they are both great shocks, but I don`t know which one is better for cross country. I was leaning towards PEP because they are about the same as Axis and are also cheaper. So what do you guys think, PEP or Custom Axis? Give me reasons. LATER

nothing beats axis but if they need fixin it will be like a 3-4 month turn around ...Ied personaly go with tcs zero preload and dont use a triple rate go with a double rate ...it werks better for your type of racing....my 2 cents

I love my AXIS. Not to start a fight or anything. But I've had my Custom AXIS revalved twice, and both times they were back to me in less than one week(including ship time). I even had them change the springs out one time. Still less than one week.
Now that's fast service......
Many national racers use PEP because they are at the races. If something breaks, PEP is right there to fix or service it.
If/When I build another race quad. Custom AXIS all the way around for me.

I talked to a couple GNC pro riders that have used both, and they say the AXIS is better, at a GNCC i saw that 90% was AXIS, and i saw less than ever TCS at lorretta's, they just arn't proving themselves! hope this helps
