I do but not in open feilds or anything like that and if the lighting gets close I go home. It's probably not a good idea but oh well I don't care.

 

It really gives you quite the rush when you feel the hair stand up on the back of your head under your helment. You know the lighting was close. Chet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

We were doing some trail riding in Wolf Pen Gap(Mena, Ark) and all of us were crossing a creek... Of course it had been raining for 3 days, so the water was up to the gas tank... Well, a couple people flooded out in the creek(ME!) and just as we were getting out, lightening struck it. It was AWESOME! If you haven't ever been within 10 feet of lightning, you don't know what you're missing

 

So you were on your quads and it struck 10ft. away and you didnt get hurt??
