lift kit??

is there anyway of making my own lift kit for the front of 400 explorer?

Yes. The lift kits are so simple. On my 2000 polaris xplorer there are just spacers that slide down inside the strut and a spacer that rides on the top of the strut pushing up the spring a little. On the back it is just a bracket about 3 inches long that pushes up the back. You need to find out what the distance is inside the strut so you can find a spacer about 2 1/2" thick. Around the top i believe that it is 2 1/2" wide so you need another spacer the same thickness. I will try to take some pictures of my bike and post them of the lift kit. That would make it much easier.
